Terms and conditions
Reservation
To reserve send an e-mail confirmation and the deposit of 30%.
Payment
You have 48hours from the email or telephone confirmation to send the 30% of the total amount by:
post ,bank or cash.
At the confirmation specify HOW you will pay the 30%.
On the arrival day at the check-in you will pay the rest 70% (preferably cash).
Prices
The prices are expressed in Euro and include: rent price and all the costs( electricity, gas, water, air conditioned, start and finish cleaning of the flats and tax) and furniture.
No insurance is included.
Deposit
When the customer gets the key, he has to give a deposit (for any damage) in cash , travel cheque or prepaid cheque, that will be given back at the end of the location period.
PERSONS
Only the persons whose names are written on the confirmation can get in the apartments/villas.
It is not possible to make a change of persons during the location period.
ANIMALS
Pets are welcome only after communication to and confirmation by My Sun House.
DEPOSIT 30%
The deposit is not refundable in any case and independently from the day on which the reservation is cancelled. If we are forced to cancel your reservation for unexpected reasons, we will let you know in time, proposing a similar or better accomodation with no further charges.
In case you don’t accept or it is not possible to find an accomodation you like, we will give you back the deposit of 30%.
Arrivals and Departures
Arrival :
Saturday after 5:00 p.m.
When you arrive you have to show a valid identity document to be registered
Departure:
Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
Arriving or leaving at a different time is permitted only if possible.

There will be no reimbursement in case of :
delays on the arrival day,
anticipated departures,
absence of one (or more) person(s) whose name(s) is (are) written on the reservation-confirmation.
